Stephanie Leathers is a real estate broker who lives and works in Athens, Georgia, USA, and Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, BWI. She graduated from the University of Georgia and received a law degree from the Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama.

Stephanie completed the International Environmental Law program at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, before accepting an appointment in Juneau, Alaska, with The Office of the Public Defender.

Upon her return to Athens, Stephanie practiced law and shifted to development and sales. Soon, as the number-one residential sales agent in Georgia, her one-year sales volume exceeded $42M.

Afterwards, Stephanie formed Chastain, Jenkins & Leathers, Athens #1 boutique real estate firm, whose sales volumes have finished top in the market for 14 consecutive years, with Stephanie leading all sales in the condominium market.
